the Source of all your loved ones
Loved Ones…the Source of you…the Source of all your loved ones…the Source of all you see, feel, hear, smell, the Source of all you perceive….this planet…our sun…this galaxy…this Source is a exceedingly truly blinding Light…the blinding Light of the Upper World.
Loved Ones…when you go out at noon and look up at the sun high in the sky…you do not see the sun…what you see is the outside edge as the light of this star will destroy your eyes and blind you…this light is much too bright to look at directly…well…Loved Ones…the Upper World Light which created this sun is our Divine Source…this ultimate blinding Light coming from the Upper World is unadulterated beaming unconditional love energy directly from Mother and Father God…
The absolute truth is that this super-condensed unconditional love is the fuel creating the on going “Big Bang” which initiated our now known universe.
Loved Ones…to conceal this blinding Source Light of the upper world and thus create a tiny point into which our universe would be born required ten powerful super-curtains….Divinely fabricated curtains to reduce these powerful emanations of unconditional love….this Super-Light…gradually dimmining its brilliance to a level almost devoid of Light…which is our physical world.
Where you and I are right this instant…in order to test our inner skills and talents.
This is why there is so little true unconditional love present here today…
The reality Loved Ones is that the only real remnant of this Super-Light on this darkened planet is but a miniscule pilot light which just sustains our mere existence.
Loved Ones…Our Lord Jesus the Christ taught each of us that there is right now within you a “spark of the Divine”…within me and you and the Jews and the Iranians and the Mexicans and the Africans and the Chinese and the Koreans and the Russians and the Taliban and the Republicans and the gays and the Catholics and the atheists and every incarnate human experiencing life right now…is a Spark of the Divine….a pilot light of this Super-Light….as we all are created in the Image of Mother and Father God.
Loved Ones….give this some thought…that this “Super-Light” acts like a prism…refracting this Divine Super-Light…this brilliance of unlimited eternal unconditional love…into many variety of colors which creates this beautiful diversity of life which you and I are presently immersed into each day….just so we can learn to not judge one another…or judge ourselves…as we all came here to experience this event so we can all learn our lessons …lessons about unconditional love.
At this time I petition for the White Light of the Holy Spirit to be above you, below you, in front of you and behind you, I petition for this unconditional love of Our Lord Jesus the Christ to be to the right of you and all that is left of you…that you and I learn all our lessons with the least amount of pain.
You and all your loved ones are always in my prayers,

the loving Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert promised to release 250 Palestinian prisoners
Loved Ones....the Kabala provides teaching on how we all are siblings of the one God....Our Divine Parents....Mother and Father God..
Following the guidance of these beautiful truths the loving Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert promised to release 250 Palestinian prisoners, a goodwill gesture to the moderate Palestinian president at a summit overshadowed by ongoing violence in Gaza that threatens a cease-fire.
Even as Olmert and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met in Jerusalem, Gaza militants were firing rockets, underlining that Abbas has little influence in the seaside territory. Islamic Hamas militants overran the Gaza Strip last year, expelling forces loyal to Abbas.
After a relatively effective five-month cease-fire, violence has returned, with Gaza militants firing dozens of rockets and Israel undertaking small armed incursions and air strikes.
At least 17 militants have been killed over the past two weeks, and Israel has clamped a punishing blockade on Gaza, drying up vital supplies.
An Abbas aide said the Palestinian president called on Olmert to ease the restrictions. On Monday, Israel allowed 30 truckloads of food and medicine and a limited amount of diesel fuel into Gaza. U.N. officials said that would allow them to resume distribution to 750,000 needy Palestinians.
Loved ones...our prayers are especially needed now as both Israeli and Hamas leaders have said they hope the Egyptian-mediated truce can be preserved...however Israel has threatened to strike hard if the rocket fire persists.
Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Israel is ready to attack Gaza, but it would not make a hasty decision. "There is always a need to consider the wider picture before Israel starts using its immense military force," he told a gathering of North American Jewish leaders in Jerusalem.
Responding to critics who charge that the truce has allowed Hamas to rearm, Barak said he does not regret "any single month" of quiet on the border. The truce was preceded by a year of disruption of lives of tens of thousands of Israelis by constant rocket attacks.
Olmert and Abbas have been meeting regularly over the past year to discuss peace efforts.
The planned prisoner release would be the latest in a series of Israeli gestures meant to bolster Abbas in his conflict with Hamas.
The release is meant to coincide with a Muslim holiday next month, and all of the prisoners will come from Abbas' Fatah movement, Israeli officials said.
The prisoner issue is sensitive in Palestinian society.
Israel holds more than 9,000 prisoners, and nearly every Palestinians has a relative, friend or neighbor who has served time.
While Olmert has carried out similar prisoner releases, the Palestinians have always said they should be larger in scope.
Olmert and Abbas relaunched peace talks a year ago with the goal of reaching a final agreement by December 2008.
Both sides have acknowledged they will not meet this target, but hope to lay the foundation for further talks after Olmert leaves office early next year to battle corruption allegations. Elections are scheduled on Feb. 10.
The military said by sundown, 11 rockets and a mortar shell were fired from Gaza at Israel on Monday, causing some damage but no casualties.
Rockets exploded around the time that Britain's foreign secretary, David Miliband, was visiting the rocket-scarred town of Sderot, near the border with Gaza. Miliband was not harmed, and it was not immediately clear whether he was still in the area at the time of the attack.
Palestinian leaders asked Miliband to take steps against Israeli settlement construction in the West Bank, and Miliband criticized the construction during a news conference with Palestinian officials.
Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad told The Associated Press that the Palestinians have approached the EU with options on removing tariff benefits from products made in the settlements.
Loved Ones...Please include the loving Palestinian Prime Minister Samam Fayyad and the loving Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and all their loved ones in your prayers that they learn all their lessons with the least amount of pain.
You and all your loved ones are always in my prayers,
Samuel Joseph Bell

eight simple guideposts
Loved Ones…as we progress down this path we call daily life…
some rules can be followed to insure we arrive at our true destination…
oneness with each other and Our Mother and Father God….
Loved Ones…here are the street directions to follow….helpful signposts placed so we do not become lost on our way back to our eternal home…
1. Right View
Right view is the beginning and the end of the path, it simply means to see and to understand things as they really are and to realise the Four Noble Truth. As such, right view is the cognitive aspect of wisdom. It means to see things through, to grasp the impermanent and imperfect nature of worldly objects and ideas, and to understand the law of karma and karmic conditioning. Right view is not necessarily an intellectual capacity, just as wisdom is not just a matter of intelligence. Instead, right view is attained, sustained, and enhanced through all capacities of mind. It begins with the intuitive insight that all beings are subject to suffering and it ends with complete understanding of the true nature of all things. Since our view of the world forms our thoughts and our actions, right view yields right thoughts and right actions.
2. Right Intention
While right view refers to the cognitive aspect of wisdom, right intention refers to the volitional aspect, i.e. the kind of mental energy that controls our actions. Right intention can be described best as commitment to ethical and mental self-improvement. Buddha distinguishes three types of right intentions: 1. the intention of renunciation, which means resistance to the pull of desire, 2. the intention of good will, meaning resistance to feelings of anger and aversion, and 3. the intention of harmlessness, meaning not to think or act cruelly, violently, or aggressively, and to develop compassion.
3. Right Speech
Right speech is the first principle of ethical conduct in the eightfold path. Ethical conduct is viewed as a guideline to moral discipline, which supports the other principles of the path. This aspect is not self-sufficient, however, essential, because mental purification can only be achieved through the cultivation of ethical conduct. The importance of speech in the context of Buddhist ethics is obvious: words can break or save lives, make enemies or friends, start war or create peace. Buddha explained right speech as follows: 1. to abstain from false speech, especially not to tell deliberate lies and not to speak deceitfully, 2. to abstain from slanderous speech and not to use words maliciously against others, 3. to abstain from harsh words that offend or hurt others, and 4. to abstain from idle chatter that lacks purpose or depth. Positively phrased, this means to tell the truth, to speak friendly, warm, and gently and to talk only when necessary.
4. Right Action
The second ethical principle, right action, involves the body as natural means of expression, as it refers to deeds that involve bodily actions. Unwholesome actions lead to unsound states of mind, while wholesome actions lead to sound states of mind. Again, the principle is explained in terms of abstinence: right action means 1. to abstain from harming sentient beings, especially to abstain from taking life (including suicide) and doing harm intentionally or delinquently, 2. to abstain from taking what is not given, which includes stealing, robbery, fraud, deceitfulness, and dishonesty, and 3. to abstain from sexual misconduct. Positively formulated, right action means to act kindly and compassionately, to be honest, to respect the belongings of others, and to keep sexual relationships harmless to others. Further details regarding the concrete meaning of right action can be found in the Precepts.
5. Right Livelihood
Right livelihood means that one should earn one's living in a righteous way and that wealth should be gained legally and peacefully. The Buddha mentions four specific activities that harm other beings and that one should avoid for this reason: 1. dealing in weapons, 2. dealing in living beings (including raising animals for slaughter as well as slave trade and prostitution), 3. working in meat production and butchery, and 4. selling intoxicants and poisons, such as alcohol and drugs. Furthermore any other occupation that would violate the principles of right speech and right action should be avoided.
6. Right Effort
Right effort can be seen as a prerequisite for the other principles of the path. Without effort, which is in itself an act of will, nothing can be achieved, whereas misguided effort distracts the mind from its task, and confusion will be the consequence. Mental energy is the force behind right effort; it can occur in either wholesome or unwholesome states. The same type of energy that fuels desire, envy, aggression, and violence can on the other side fuel self-discipline, honesty, benevolence, and kindness. Right effort is detailed in four types of endeavours that rank in ascending order of perfection: 1. to prevent the arising of unarisen unwholesome states, 2. to abandon unwholesome states that have already arisen, 3. to arouse wholesome states that have not yet arisen, and 4. to maintain and perfect wholesome states already arisen.
7. Right Mindfulness
Right mindfulness is the controlled and perfected faculty of cognition. It is the mental ability to see things as they are, with clear consciousness. Usually, the cognitive process begins with an impression induced by perception, or by a thought, but then it does not stay with the mere impression. Instead, we almost always conceptualise sense impressions and thoughts immediately. We interpret them and set them in relation to other thoughts and experiences, which naturally go beyond the facticity of the original impression. The mind then posits concepts, joins concepts into constructs, and weaves those constructs into complex interpretative schemes. All this happens only half consciously, and as a result we often see things obscured. Right mindfulness is anchored in clear perception and it penetrates impressions without getting carried away. Right mindfulness enables us to be aware of the process of conceptualisation in a way that we actively observe and control the way our thoughts go. Buddha accounted for this as the four foundations of mindfulness: 1. contemplation of the body, 2. contemplation of feeling (repulsive, attractive, or neutral), 3. contemplation of the state of mind, and 4. contemplation of the phenomena.
8. Right Concentration
The eighth principle of the path, right concentration, refers to the development of a mental force that occurs in natural consciousness, although at a relatively low level of intensity, namely concentration. Concentration in this context is described as one-pointedness of mind, meaning a state where all mental faculties are unified and directed onto one particular object. Right concentration for the purpose of the eightfold path means wholesome concentration, i.e. concentration on wholesome thoughts and actions. The Buddhist method of choice to develop right concentration is through the practice of meditation. The meditating mind focuses on a selected object. It first directs itself onto it, then sustains concentration, and finally intensifies concentration step by step. Through this practice it becomes natural to apply elevated levels concentration also in everyday situations.

Thee academic primer for Adam and Eve
Loved Ones…as this most ancient of all stories goes… the kabala was revealed to Adam and Eve by our Divine Parents…information given to them and all of us... to help us grow and evolve to Christ Consciousness….
so when we pass on… we will stay in Heaven and it will not be necessary to reincarnate again…to return to this planetary school.
Kabala has and will continue to provide the basis for human spiritual history and the ongoing evolution of all of us earth pilgrims…incarnated entities of flesh and blood here to learn their lessons about not judging anyone and not doing to others what you would not want done to yourself…as we are all brothers and sisters of our Divine Parents…Mother and Father God.
This earth is a very special school created for us to attend for a very brief time to experience the aches…the pains…the injustices…the failures…the mistakes…and errors which are to be expected in any real school of learning.
You cannot experience this stuff in heaven…it is heavenly…no pains…no suffering…you are enclosed in the eternal unconditional love of our Source and our destination…Mother and Father God.
Literally kabala means “something received and something imparted”…as we grow…as we learn through experience…we can …we do…and we will evolve to fully appreciate we are in fact divine beings made in Gods image.
Women are made in Mother God’s image and men are made in Father God’s image.
Count your blessing loved ones…Mother and Father God really do exist and they really love you with unconditional love…They really, really do…They will never ever stop loving you…and They will never ever judge you…They love you…that is why thy provided Our Lord Jesus the Christ...THEE MASTER TEACHER... and manifested the Kabala…to help us learn our lessons.
You and all your loved ones are always in my prayers,
Samuel Joseph Bell
